INCORPORATION-ALL-IN-ONE (NUMBERED CO)

Filing the Articles of Incorporation is only one step in the incorporation process.  For a Named company, you must obtain a  NUANS search before incorporating.  After incorporation, you also need to file an Initial Notice with the Ministry and get a Minute Book. 

This all-in-one package includes the NUANS name search, filing of the Articles, filing of the Initial Notice and a Digital Minute Book complete with your details.

Information we require to file your articles:

1. Incorporation Name:  Should be identical to the NUANS name Search, unless its a numbered company in which case, leave blank

2. Type of Corporation:  Indicate whether its a For Profit Business Corporation, a Not for Profit or Professional Corporation

3. Jurisdiction:  Ontario or Federal (Canada)

4. Registered Office:  Enter the address of the Corporations Registered Office.  If you live in a rural area or region without a civic address, make sure to include the RR designation, Highway Number, lot & concession numbers

5. Mailing Address:  Enter here ONLY if the mailing address is different than the registered office address

6. Directors and Officers:  Enter the name and address of each director and officer, indicating their position(s).  By Law, each corporation must have at least one (1) director, a president and a secretary.  One person can fill all three positions.

7. Shareholders:  Names of Shareholders, Class of Shares held and Number of shares held (a usual shareholding would be 100 common shares)
