Filing the Articles of Incorporation is only one step in the incorporation process. For a Named company, you must obtain a NUANS search before incorporating. After incorporation, you also need to file an Initial Notice with the Ministry and get a Minute Book.
This package includes the NUANS name search and filing of the Articles of Incorporation
Information we require to file your articles:
1. Incorporation Name: Should be identical to the NUANS name Search, unless its a numbered company in which case, leave blank
2. Type of Corporation: Indicate whether its a For Profit Business Corporation, a Not for Profit or Professional Corporation
3. Jurisdiction: Ontario or Federal (Canada)
4. Registered Office: Enter the address of the Corporations Registered Office. If you live in a rural area or region without a civic address, make sure to include the RR designation, Highway Number, lot & concession numbers
5. Mailing Address: Enter here ONLY if the mailing address is different than the registered office address
