ONTARIO INCORPORATION (NAMED)

For a named company, a NUANS Name Search is required by the Ministry before incorporation.

Information we require to conduct your NUANS and file the articles:

1.  Name of Corporation:  We will conduct a pre-check on your choice before doing the NUANS.  If there appears to be a conflict, we will contact you for your alternate choice.

2. Type of Corporation:  Indicate whether its a For Profit Business Corporation, a Not for Profit or Professional Corporation

3. Jurisdiction:  Ontario or Federal (Canada)

4. Registered Office:  Enter the address of the Corporations Registered Office.  If you live in a rural area or region without a civic address, make sure to include the RR designation, Highway Number, lot & concession numbers

5. Mailing Address:  Enter here ONLY if the mailing address is different than the registered office address

6. Directors and Officers:  Enter the name and address of each director and officer, indicating their position(s).  By Law, each corporation must have at least one (1) director, a president and a secretary.  One person can fill all three positions.
